There is a shipping and handling charge of 25 dollars for orders through CCNow; there is no shipping and handling charge for orders through WorldPay. If you choose to pay directly into one of our bank accounts, you can avail of a discount of 20 percent. For European orders the direct payment would have to be in euro to a bank account in Germany or in UK pounds to an account in the UK.

For non-EU countries, the wire would have to be done in US Dollar to a bank account in Asia. Wire charges, as well as a 25 US Dollar overseas banking charge, are to be paid by the buyer.

This includes customs charges as well as requests and complaints at a country's customs authorities, in case a package has been opened for examination and not properly sealed again thereafter.

Customs officials of some countries may remove a small amount of merchandise for examination. Please note that in such a case, we cannot reship the lacking amount (usually less than 5 grams).

However, if a customer decides on legal action because of a missing quantity (directed against the customs authority of a country), we can provide testimony through an attorney public as to our standard packaging and sealing. We also can provide proof that we shipped a product weight corresponding to the order placed by a buyer.
