Our products are sold in many countries all over the world. There are only a few countries to which we have never shipped (Somalia, Haiti, Burkina Faso). But we have shipped to dangerous countries such as Iraq and Afghanistan, and to small countries such as Andorra and Liechtenstein. Our products are officially registered in some countries, but not in all because the costs to do so are too high, especially for a registration as medicine in the US. So, in compliance with US regulations on dietary supplements, we state that we do not make medical claims. Our products are not intended to treat, diagnose, or prevent illnesses. On the other hand, as mentioned above, our tongkat ali and kacip fatimah extracts are fully licensed as traditional medicine, not a dietary supplement, in their country of origin, Indonesia.
