Refund Policy

We issue a full refund when it is not possible to deliver an ordered item because of import restrictions to a particular country. We do not issue a refund if a buyer should decide that after having received the product, it does not meet his or her expectations. We are a distributor of 100 percent pure tongkat ali root and tongkat ali extract. We are not a medical office that would advice patients on whether tongkat ali, or any other natural health product, is suited for the purpose for which the buyer intends to use it. No pharmaceutical product, and even more so no health supplement, is equally effective in all users.

Replacement shipments

We guarantee the arrival of an ordered product. More precisely, we guarantee that an ordered product is delivered to the address specified during an order. If delivery staff delivers a shipment to the customer's address and nobody is available to receive the shipment, and the shipment is not claimed even though a notice has been left behind by the delivery staff within one week, this is outside of our responsibility. That said, we do redeliver returned shipments when a customer pays a redelivery charge of 20 US dollars, or, for larger shipments, the actual redelivery costs. Most shipments arrive in less than two weeks, even though we ship directly from Indonesia. If a shipment has not arrived within one month, we send a replacement shipment. The replacement shipment has to be requested by the customer. As almost always, a lost shipment still arrives after some time, this means, in most cases, that the customer receives two shipments, without having to pay for the second one.
