When will your order arrive?
Currently, all our orders are shipped from Indonesia by either EMS or airmail. We ship EMS to most countries. But EMS is not available from Indonesia to every country. If EMS is not available, we ship by airmail.

If you pay for your order by credit card, processing time for the financial transaction will be 3 working days. If you pay for your order by remittance to one of our bank accounts, processing time will be just 1 day. We typically ship two days after a payment has been processed. Thus, orders paid by credit card through WorldPay or CCNow are shipped 5 days after a customer has ordered. For orders paid to a bank account, we ship 3 days after a payment has arrived.

Because processing charges for payments by credit card are comparatively high, orders paid by remittance to one of our bank accounts are 20 percent cheaper.

EMS shipments to Asian destinations arrive within 3 days. EMS shipments to European and North American destinations arrive within 7 days.

These transshipment times are in addition to the initial payment processing times (1 day for orders paid through a local bank remittance, 3 days for payments by credit card), and the order preparation time (2 days).

Delay at customs

Sometimes, a shipment is intercepted at customs, and customs than wants to know further details about the product. You can forward the following information to them:

The product we shipped is from Indonesia. It's name is pasak bumi. For dealings with customs, it is better to use the Indonesian name, pasak bumi, rather than the Malaysian name, tongkat ali. There are two reasons for this.

1. Even though tongkat ali and pasak bumi are identical, our bottles are labeled "Pasak Bumi", because this is the name in the country of origin, Indonesia.

2. There is considerable confusion among some customs officials about the term "tongkat ali" because this generic name has been used by some Malaysian products that were stretched with bootleg sildenafil citrate, and have therefore been blacklisted in some countries.

Pasak bumi has been used for decades as dietary supplement. It is up to the consumer to check for what purpose he uses it, just as it is up to the consumer for what purpose he consumes duck eggs or soy beans.

No medical claims are made by the manufacturer.

This doesn't mean that there would not have been scientific research into the heath benefits of pasak bumi (tongkat ali), just as there has been scientific research into the health benefits of duck eggs or soy beans. This can easily by confirmed by a research through Medline, a website of the US National Institute of Health. But, as mentioned above, as pasak bumi (tongkat ali) is a food supplement, not a medicine, no medical claims of efficacy are made.
